Jen started her journey as a birth worker as a Labor and Delivery nurse in Dallas, Texas. She has attended over 1,000 births as a nurse and birth doula. Jennifer uses her background and knowledge to help guide families and support their wishes at home as well as in the hospital setting. Once you arrive at the hospital, she will help you get settled in and work together with the staff to make sure your birth preferences are communicated . She feels it is important for you to know your options along the way so you are able to make safe and educated decisions that you feel comfortable with.
The birth of your child should be a wonderful and joyous experience, Jennifer will help you feel confident and supported before, during and after the birth of your baby.
She has additional education in Maternal Nutrition, Breast Feeding, Advanced Maternal Age risks, and medications that are used in the delivery room. Jennifer is a proud mother of a 24 year old daughter who she breastfed until she was 18 months old.

Taylor trained as a birth doula with Natural Resources in San Francisco. After she completed her certification program, she began her journey into birth work as a Golden Gate Apprentice and quickly became one of the team with her willingness to go above and beyond.
Taylor has decided to continue her education by taking the "Hearts and Hands" Midwifery Course and is currently studying to become a Licensed Midwife.
She has the ability to provide you with a strong sense of confidence needed to achieve your ideal birth. She has a "CAN DO" attitude and loves to help you explore all your options during pregnancy and birth.
In her free time she loves spending time with her Orange Tabby Cat. Taylor also has a passion for foraging, growing, and learning about mushrooms.
Adara knew at a young age that she wanted to be a part of the birth world. She completed her Bachelors in Communicative Sciences and Disorders at New York University, her lactation training and Masters in Speech-Language Pathology at University of North Carolina and her clinical fellowship in speech therapy at Children's Hospital of Philadelphia. She uses her background and knowledge to help guide people and support their pregnancy, birth and breastfeeding journey in postpartum.
She loves to help you explore your options so you are able to make safe and educated decisions that you feel comfortable with. Adara wants you to feel supported in all aspects of your birth and goes the extra mile to help you research using Evidence Based information.
Adara is passionate about helping you advocate for safe maternal care, and has a particular interest in providing access to high quality and culturally humble care for Black families. Her positive attitude and ability to work together with the medical staff in a hospital setting helps create a calm birthing space.

Clara lived in Shanghai with her family for over a decade where she practiced prenatal/postpartum yoga. She found her calling as a doula after giving birth to her children and while working with pregnant yoga students. She completed her circle of care by training and certifying with DONA International. As a prenatal yoga teacher, it is her aim to help a woman work with her body through labor and not fear the normal process of birth. She strives to help women be prepared both physically and mentally for childbirth and becoming a mother. Clara experienced the many benefits of bringing her baby to the yoga mat and loves seeing new moms gaining confidence and balance through mom and baby yoga. As a lactation educator and counselor, she also helps moms feel prepared and supported in breastfeeding. Clara Completed the "Heart and Hands" Intensive Midwifery Course in May 2020.
Clara believes when a mom feels well supported through the cycle of pregnancy, childbirth and into the postnatal period, it helps families get off to the best possible start on the journey of parenthood.
Clara, her husband and 2 boys moved from Shanghai to Marin County in 2015 where they love spending time by the water and taking advantage of all the bay area has to offer.

With over 20 years experience caring for babies, Kirsten is a natural when it comes to helping new moms transition into motherhood. She is originally from Liverpool, England and is now living with her family in Marin County. She has 6 beautiful children who all arrived in their own unique way. This helped prepare Kirsten for her journey into becoming a doula. She trained to become a doula with DTI (Doula Training International) as both a birth and postpartum doula, but she feels called to supporting the journey into parenthood by guiding people through pregnancy and birth.
One thing that stood out to Kirsten when she moved to the United States was how different the health care system was for maternal care. She believes that the care surrounding the pregnancy should have a focus on the entire family. Kirsten wants to make sure that all questions are asked and answered during your pregnancy and labor so you can make educated decisions along the way. In postpartum she wants to help you get set up for success while families establish their new bond, so she goes above and beyond to make sure you have the support you need. She has a passion for educating parents and guiding them to find their own style that works best for them. Kirsten supports any method of labor style and will help you navigate what works best for you. She breastfed all her children and has enjoyed helping others develop the skills to establish a healthy start.

In 2018 Meghan and Michelle joined together to support their clients. When you work with this team, you will meet with both doulas prenatally. They will both be on call for your labor and share the hours of support in 12 hour shifts.

Michelle has always been fascinated with birth and babies. In 2005, she became pregnant with her first child. She remembers her family being anxious as they tried to offer support during her birth. That was when she realized the importance of having someone who has experience with childbirth to help guide her and ground her through the process. Later, she learned about doulas and the ways to support women in child birth.
In 2013 and 2014, she trained with Cornerstone Doula Training and received her birth and postpartum certifications. Michelle decided to expand her experience by becoming a Certified Childbirth Educator. In addition to those training courses, she has also taken classes on optimal fetal positioning and how to assist women in home-births. Michelle believes it is important to adapt all her training to the birth preferences of her clients and is passionate about supporting couples through their ideal birth journey.
Michelle brings her enthusiastic approach to every birth and has the ability to make everyone feel safe and taken care of through the entire journey. She speaks fluent English and Italian

Meghan has been supporting new families since 2007, She is passionate about providing care during such an important and transformative time in life. She believes in providing fact-based information without judgment or bias. Meghan has a background
in psychology and human services but shortly after moving to San Francisco, she found her calling as a doula supporting women through pregnancy, labor and postpartum period. Meghan uses her experience as a prenatal yoga instructor to help with positions during pregnancy and labor to allow for more comfort. Meghan became a Certified Breastfeeding Educator to help her guide women into their breastfeeding journey. She truly loves her profession, the families she works with and of course, the babies!
Meghan is a mother to a six year old and three year old twin girls.While she's not at work, she's spending time with her girls, volunteering, cooking, doing yoga or playing outside.

Before Jordan began her career as a doula, she decided to travel all over the United States in an 8,000+ mile road trip where she gathered information and interviewed people to learn about different lifestyles and cultures. She believes it has helped her grow and understand the many different ways to support the couples she now supports as a doula.

She uses her skills with acupressure, her ability to bring calm to a hospital room and knowledge from her degree in Natural Health to better support you through your pregnancy, labor and birth. She is very enthusiastic about exploring your options together and has successfully supported couples in a wide variety of birthing spaces with medical and non-medical births. She helps you feel confident and prepared for labor by giving you the evidence based information needed to help achieve your ideal birth. She works together with you and your birth team to bring a balanced energy to your birth space. She supports parents by teaching them hands on skills for comfort and gathering information along the way to help you make educated decisions before and after your birth. The families have appreciated all her knowledge and her positive spirit she brings to the birthing space. It's no surprise that many couples feel like Roxane is a part of their family after working together with her.
She lives in the Bay Area with her husband, has given birth to four amazing children, and is now a very engaged grandmother.
Kristin decided to leave her job at a local law firm and pursue her dream of supporting people during their journey into parenthood. She completed her doula certification training at Natural Resources in San Francisco and has found her true calling as a doula supporting people through pregnancy, labor and into the postpartum period.
Kristin was drawn to this work after she watched several of her friends struggle to navigate their way through pregnancy and birth. She has now made it her goal to make sure that you feel supported and safe during your entire journey. She loves to study and research all the ways to support people who are giving birth.
In her spare time, Kristin is also an amateur astrologer and, if you would like, she even does birth chart readings.

Claudia studied to become a birth doula at Natural Resources under the instruction of the amazing Midwife, Michelle Wellborn. Taking that course solidified her desire to move into birth work full time.
Claudia is a Licensed Nurse, she spent 5 years working in reproductive health. She loves to help families navigate their fertility journey by educating and empowering them along the way. She also worked in Oncology specializing in Breast Cancer. She feels that her experiences as a nurse, working primarily in reproductive health, has given her tools that she uses to support families as a doula. One of her favorite ways to support families is to give them evidence based information so they can make informed decisions. She is very comfortable in all birth settings and works very well to help communicate your needs with hospital staff if needed.
As a doula, Claudia is always looking to grow and learn. She is currently studying to become an IBCLC (International Board Certified Lactation Consultant)
She is a San Francisco Native and is raising her 2 boys in the city that she adores. She gave birth to one of her boys at CPMC and the other at UCSF and really enjoys attending births at those hospitals now as a doula!
In her free time, she enjoys good music, to cook and read. She is Bilingual speaking Spanish and English fluently.

Sheryll is a DONA trained Birth and Postpartum Doula. She also is a Lactation Consultant through Healthy Children Project-Center for Breastfeeding. She Trained through International Placenta & Postpartum Association to become a Placenta Encapsulation Specialist.
After experiencing her own home birth with a midwife, she wants to help everyone have an empowered and supported birthing experience. She is dedicated to making sure that you and your partner feel like you have the skills you need to have the most positive birth experience as possible. Sheryll loves to explore and research ways to provide you with continuous support and uses evidence based information so you can make educated decisions during your pregnancy and into your birth.
