Her calming personality and confident nature in caring for new babies is what families love the most.

Lidia wants to help you feel safe and confident in your new role.  She breastfed all four of her own children and fully supports whatever decision you make to feed your baby. She will do everything she can to make sure you get that well deserved rest so you can focus on bonding with your new baby!

Doula Leah

Leah was born and raised in the city of San Francisco. She was raised by a registered nurse and a community psychiatrist in an old Victorian house, on the top of a hill. It was a family where helping others seek wellness was modeled.

As a postpartum doula, Leah brings her creative thinking and wealth of education to her practice. Her intuitive abilities, her training as a Postpartum Doula, and her certification as a Lactation Educator are only a snapshot of what she brings to support parents during the delicate postpartum period.

Leah enjoys helping new parents navigate the unpredictable transition into parenthood by helping establish healthy eating and sleeping habits not only for the baby, but the parent(s) as well!

Leah has a BFA from Parson’s School of Art and Design in New York City and lived in Brooklyn for 25 years while raising two children. She returned from Brooklyn to San Francisco and in essence is now following her family’s path with her work as a postpartum doula.

When not working, Leah is a mixed-media visual artist and aunt to an overactive dog, Ollie. Leah also enjoys sunny days on the beach, and evenings listening to funky live music.
